Sister Sands of Time Community Crafting Circle

Join Winona community members with the Honoring Dakota Project as they host a meaningful community crafting circle where we merge the the sands of He Mni Can and her twin sister, Heyaka Cokaya Owanka (Sugar Loaf).

This event is in partnership with Honoring Dakota Project, Red Wing Arts, Front Porch Management, Winona State University, Women's, Gender, & Sexuality Studies, Art of the Rural, Winona County Historical Society, and Turtle Island Student Organization - TISO.
